they always made mewaitmin. 1hr toget attended, but ifur late even 5mins onur appointment, they gonna cancelyou..i dont think thats fair forme..

If you have medicaidDR.KIRKLAND ISA HORRIBLE doctor. Hedoesn't care about his patient and doesn't dohisjob. Mywife has been tohim twice and hedoesn't listen toher about the issues she hashad. First issue was ashoulder muscle tear heprescribed her nothing for the swelling oranything. Second time she visits him she has abroken tail bone and herniated disk inher lower back that isgoing torequire surgery. Hegave her acortisone shot which isa joke she has had them before they donot relieve anything atall like his lieing self says she went through that with her shoulder then lies about what hecan dofor her like put aconsult infor orthopedic which tool him almost amonth todo last time for her shoulder. Says again today hewill put inthe consult but wealready know that's alie. Heis byfar the wors doctor mywife has experienced and doesn't deserve tobe aprimary for Medicaid patients cause heobviously only cares for ones hemakes money offof. Wewill bereporting him and filing acomplaint aswell asletting Medicaid know that hedoesn't take care ofhis patient. He's the biggest joke inthe medical field. I have had alot ofbad experiences atother places but between myhouse wehave 2doctors atthis location and Ihave nowords for how amazed Iam with the care wehave received. *slow clap* Bravo toall the hard working individuals atthis location!!

Booked anappointment and they were able toget mein the nextday. Everyone inthis office was incredibly nice and the PADana took very good care ofme.

The personal touch isgone. called tomake anappointment for myfamily doctor that I've been using since Iwas 11yearsold? They won't make anappointment withme, won't even check with the doctor. I've got cash and insurance. Strange. Guess I'm not worthit.
*Update- After speaking with the social media person. Iwish Icould leave a-5stars. SorryDr. Nadal, Iwish Icould come seeyou. Itused tobe about family, now it's just about policy.

My wife has had nothing but problems with this place. Nocall backs, inefficient socalled Doctor that has mis diagnosed her condition more then once. Prescriptions that were not forwarded,etc. Ihighly recommend ifyour serious about your well being, stay away from this place. Very incompetent. Even aone star rating isto high, ifyou dogo, avoid Doctor Dana who isn't even aDoctor.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. This was probably the best experience, from start tofinish, ina doctor's office, that Ihave ever had in48years onthis planet.:)

All the the doctor iscaring the staff isn’t somuch!! Ihave amedicine that Ihave totake monthly for migraines and the doctor knows this prior toappointments. Mymedicine has already worn off and the back upmedicine needs aprior Authorization has for the main medicine it’s already been amonth Ibeen without the medicine and having constant migraines again but the RUDE FRONT DESK LADY SAID SHE HAS OTHER THINGS TODO AND ITS GOING TOTAKE 7TO 10business days for her tosend itSO IJUSTHAVE TOSUFFER. IWILL NOT BEGOING BACK AND IWILL BETAKING THIS TOA HIGHER COMMANDER… – show

I have started seeingDr. Nadal inJanuary after afriend referred meto her office. Icannot say enough how much Iloveher. The services that have been provided bythe entire staff, the professionalism and care given isbeyond what Ihave had inmany years (and Iam coming from adoctors office that Iwas atfor 15years).Dr. Nadal takes the time needed for meto understand mydiagnosis and answer questions that Imay have. Iwould recommend any ofmy family and friends toDr. Nadal.

Was prescribed antibiotics and had asample sent tothe lab toconfirm infection. Called the office aweek later and was told the results were negative.. Iwas taking antibiotics for aweek and noone called tonotify meI should stop taking them.

The staff and providers always place myneeds first. Irarely wait more than afew minutes tobe seen and Ican always get anappointment when Ineedone. Somehow they find away tohelp mewhen Ineedit. All ofthe providers are outstanding and Ihave nopreference who takes care ofme.
